Add Patient: Clinic

Let's review the steps to add additional locations to a patient's chart, allowing them to receive therapy at more than one clinic location.

1. From the patient’s chart, locate the Clinics tab and select Add Clinic.
2. Select the desired clinic(s) from the drop-down.
3. Click Ok.

Tips & Tricks

Patients can only have additional locations removed from their chart if:

• The user is a Clinic Admin
• There are no scheduled appointments for the location
• The user is not logged into the clinic they want to remove
• There is no documentation finalized or saved for the location.
